Senior Customer Service Executive – Customer Success

In secondary school, the "advocate" in me stirred for the first time. As a self-proclaimed school representative - this function did not officially exist, along with a few fellow campaigners I regularly campaigned for improvements. Already at that time, I was not afraid of "high offices" and we often had to deal with the headmaster.

During my vocational training, field service was also on the curriculum. Here I had very good teachers who showed me "service" and customer friendliness.

Whether as a tour guide for bus trips to European metropolises, in retail as a department manager, in the support department of a software manufacturer or in the automotive sector, I always act in a service-oriented and customer-friendly manner. Always the potential for improvement in mind.

Today, with over 20 years of international experience as a team leader, project manager and consultant, I have combined creativity and innovative ability with thinking "outside the box". With ideas for game-changing, I make the difference. An open global mindset for unconventional ideas and solutions, a continuous learning

mentality and the ability to communicate at all levels of the company, that's me.

Over time I got to know a lot about the world.

Professionally I have already travelled to Poland, the USA, India, China and Mexico.

I am currently responsible for customer service and use my wide-ranging experience to ensure that our customers always have an open ear and that we can look to the future together as partners.
